Gourmet kitchen, alfresco dining, 6 seater dining table, comfortable living area, 65inch smart TV, super fast NBN, heating and aircon, modern stylish decor complete with polished concrete floors. Free secure off street parking. Surrounded by restaurants, night life, bars, shopping, banks, cafes and 20 metres from a bus stop. A short 1km stroll to Salamanca and Hobart’s waterfront, location of some of Hobart’s biggest events such as Taste of Tasmania, Winterfest, Salamanca Markets, Finish to the Sydney to Hobart yacht race. 1.4km from CBD. 500 metres to historic Battery Point.
