Longley Place is the perfect home away from home for families and groups. Our guests love the fact they can take a stroll to Aldi, The Park Hotel, take away food, a pharmacy, the Botanic Gardens, Victory Park and Lake Wendouree. Ballarat and Sovereign Hill are only minutes away by car. Open plan living, 4 bedrooms to sleep 8, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and awesome central heating. There is ample space inside and out. The undercover deck is perfect for entertaining year round.
Professional and prompt, with my group of Ballarat-area AirBNB’s, one of the StayBallarat properties will be perfect for your needs. And with our collective experience and resources, your Ballarat stay is bound to be one to remember.
Alfredton is one of the premium suburbs of Ballarat. Located within walking distance to Lake Wendouree. Only a short drive to downtown Ballarat.
