We are an Australian, family-owned and run business, specialising in the management and letting of Holiday Rental properties throughout the Blue Mountains of NSW and the East Coast of Australia. Our holiday homes have a dedicated team of professionals tending to their specific needs, along with our wonderful housekeepers, who present them beautifully. Extra guests thereafter incur an extra fee per person per night. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for 30 days or more prior to arrival. 100% payment is required for 30 days or less to arrival. Balance payments are due 30 days prior to arrival. A Refundable Bond is payable by credit card 30 days prior to arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments are to be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe. All payments are subject to a Non-Refundable 2.9% Transaction Fee. Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement. A Refundable Bond is payable by credit card 30 days prior to arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments are to be made by credit card via Stripe payment gateway. Please note that Stripe credit card transaction fees are non refundable should you cancel after a deposit or full payment is processed. They remain with Stripe and we do not receive money from the transaction fees whatsoever.

If the Australian Government issues a Coronavirus (COVID-19) directive that prohibits you being able to stay at the property then we can offer a transfer of dates up to 12 months ahead of the original booking dates. We do not offer refunds or transfers for the guest who booked the property or their travel companions should they test positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) prior to their booked dates.
