Beautifully presented across a generous floor plan, this property offers a light-filled open living plan design with stunning ocean views. Located in a leafy green area with loads of tall gum trees, featuring an entertaining deck, a child-friendly garden, modern furnishings and appliances, a bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities and 3 spacious bedrooms this home is a fully-equipped stay. Please note: - The downstairs part of the home is permanently occupied; the ceiling cavity between the two living spaces has been soundproofed to minimise noise transfer and the occupants have their own separate entrance. Some impact noise may be heard. - Garbage bins will be collected on Sunday night and returned to the drive way on Monday morning.

Newport Beach is located to the north of Bungan and south of Bilgola Beach, approximately 40 minutes from Sydney's CBD and is easily accessible by bus or car. The 1.3 kilometres long beach with reddish golden sands faces east and extends from the rocks at Newport Head. Newport not only has a beautiful beach but a growing collection of great places to eat, including restaurants, pubs, diners and cafes.
