Nestled at the foot of Kings Park, a 10-minute walk to Perth CBD, opposite the Convention Centre, Elizabeth Quay, a short bike ride to UWA & next door to Mount Hospital. Guests have free access to all of the recreational amenities pool, gym access, and tennis court. Full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, separate toilet from bathroom. Huge living area yet peaceful and quiet the ultimate location. One car bay 1.8-meter height limit. The entire apartment and all facilities are yours to enjoy.
