Park on Park is a newly renovated 1930's home with Art-Deco features and furnishings. The house is available in its entirety (although not the separate garage), with door code access meaning you never have to worry about losing the key! Guests may park in the driveway - although it is narrow in one spot so caution is urged. Ample off-street parking is available. Four bedrooms, kitchen & separate dining/lounge-room await you - together with a wonderful enclosed rear garden, complete with cubby house! There are two bathrooms - one with a shower over the bath and laundry facilities, the other with a shower and toilet. There is a second toilet in a separate room. Park on Park has period features and furnishings, & all modern comforts - including the ever important Nespresso coffee! The lounge has air-conditioning / heat pump (a reverse cycle air-conditioner) & there are heaters and electric blankets in each bedroom. Comfort is assured with new Queen-sized beds in three bedrooms, and a gorgeous antique single bed in the fourth bedroom. A portacot & change table are also available at no extra charge.

We like our guests to experience a beautiful and clean home. To that end, we use high-quality linen and towels and bath robes are provided - the beds and linen are hotel quality. We also provide a range of breakfast provisions (including cereals, muesli, bread, butter, milk, a range of tea/coffee), condiments and soap, shampoo, conditioner, washing powder. There is a Smart TV in the lounge-room and another in the Master-bedroom. Each has NetFlix (separate accounts) and wireless broadband (NBN) is also provided. A Thomson radio/bluetooth sound system is in the lounge.

Park on Park: Is in close proximity to... everything! It is minutes from the CBD (2.7km/1.7m to the Elizabeth Street Mall). There is a bus stop 10 metres away and it takes about four minutes to drive to the city proper. Is located in the suburb of New Town - a great neighbourhood with gorgeous Colonial, Federation and Art-Deco architecture throughout. Is close to the majestic Hobart waterfront, the Botanical Gardens, Salamanca Place and the North Hobart restaurant strip - which are just minutes away. There are a smorgasbord of dine-out or order-in eating options available. Is 10 minutes from The Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). Is close to The Tasmanian Hockey Centre, the Aquatic Centre, the Athletic Centre, the Hobart International Tennis Centre and rowing clubs. Is not far from all shops - with groceries available at the Hill Street Grocer, Coles (New Town) or Woolworths (New Town) - all of which are within a kilometre or so.
