This comfortable and private family home located in leafy Yarralumla. Just a quick 5 minutes walk to local shops (IGA, Cafés, Kebabs, Post Offices, Pharmacy, Chinese Restaurant, Hair Dresser, etc). Opposite the house, there are tennis club courts, huge oval, basketball and netball facilities. Lake Burley Griffin is a short stroll across the grass field. Enjoy your own private stay with garden view courtyard. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, sofa couch, dinning table, Wi-Fi access and more.
