Exceptional hotel, great breakfast menu, really well thought out

The hotel's location is fantastic, and the staff member, I think his name is Tom, was very friendly and helpful. He always smiled and greeted people with a pleasant face. I loved the pool, the sauna, and everything else; it was truly a wonderful experience. I also loved the food there.

The proximity to shopping Centre, restaurants and cafes

Very comfortable bed and good sized room.

Very good hotel with excellent service!

Extremely big and well equipped department. Very modern facility.

The Suite with Sauna was spacious, had the comfiest and firmest bed, two TVs and the sauna was working perfectly. We waited for a while (maybe 30-40 minutes to be completely hot) and it was an amazing experience. It's perfect for a couple who wants a sauna all to themselves. Gym and swimming pool were good facilities (nice that there weren't many people there). Car park spaces were ample.

Friendly staff and other guests. Billiard table. Piano. Basket ball game. Nintendo games.

Comfortable Spacious Clean 25 min walking from downtown Free parking on the street during the weekend

Relaxed & courteous staff.

So much history and perfect position.

I loved that it had a kitchen and laundry facilities. That was a nice surprise. Very impressed with that and will definitely be recommending to family and staying there again. Nice location and great cafes close by.

Great design, good location close to the lake and mall, easy parking

The room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The view was amazing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the whoke set up of the lodge - it's well construed and decorated with style. The staff were really friendly and helpful and created a very relaxed vibe which we loved. The catering was next level - well done to the chef!

Room very nice and spacious. Clean.

Lovely renovated room. Heaps of space HUGE tv, great aircon. Desk staff friendly and helpful Easy check in with manned desk Excellent parking directly behind unit so we could unload into the back doors Very quiet and peaceful

Great location and very clean and comfortable

The quality facilities and inclusions set this hotel apart. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The location was quiet, central and conveniently located. The secure undercover parking was a real bonus. The weekend rates were very attractive. The Japanese inspired decor fitted in perfectly with our visit to the National Gallery.
