The hotel's location is fantastic, and the staff member, I think his name is Tom, was very friendly and helpful. He always smiled and greeted people with a pleasant face. I loved the pool, the sauna, and everything else; it was truly a wonderful experience. I also loved the food there.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Everywhere was too clean. I hope all staffs get paid well because they definitely deserve it:) Excellent location. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner and towels are supplied. There are piano, pool, table tennis in common area.

Loved this hotel. Great location; friendly staff. The room was quiet with a gorgeous view of the park behind the hotel. Walkable to many eating places in the city.

Spacious room with a good-sized fridge, kettle and a generous supply of tea/coffee provided. Bedding was clean, fresh and comfortable. Parking provided was just outside the room which made it so convenient for us to move our stuff in and out of the room. Check-in and check-out was fast and efficient.

Fantastic bed, gorgeous view on the valleys, apples and coffee at our disposition at all times. Friendly staff and very helpful and thoughtful.

Hotel environment was quite cosy and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. The family interconnecting room was very convenient and was up to expected standard. Staff were friendly. Check in, check out and communicating with hotel staff were very convenient through SMS system. Very relaxing environment. Highly recommend this hotel for a granny holiday.
