Wake up at your own private resort-style stay, offering a fantastic family base for exploring the Fraser Coast. It fully embraces its coastal locale with generous indoor and outdoor living areas, while inside, ornate details are coupled with modern amenities to create an inviting and light-filled home. There are two sets of stairs up to the front door. Entering the property you’ll arrive in a lovely seating area, which flows through to the lounge room. Relax on recliner leather sofas with a central TV and board games catering to your evening entertainment. The kitchen comes fully equipped for meals at home and guests can choose from multiple dining spaces inside, on the balcony or beside the pool. The master bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and benefits from a private ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed along with a king-single bed; both of these rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, while the third bedroom has a single bed, ideal for those travelling with kids. A modern main bathroom features an oversized rain shower to help guests refresh. Internal laundry facilities add to your holiday convenience and include a washing machine and drying rack. Parking is available on the driveway for two cars, plus a secured boat parking spot at the side of the house. The shade sail on the gazebo by the pool has been severely damaged and subsequently removed. We are currently waiting for the custom replacement to arrive. All other undercover areas on the property remain accessible for your enjoyment.

Queensland’s Fraser Coast is a stretch of idyllic coastline that faces Fraser Island – the world’s largest sand island. The coastal suburb of Urangan, in Hervey Bay, offers uninterrupted stretches of sand, excellent fishing spots and a friendly atmosphere. Walk along Urangan’s famous pier at sunset, which stretches more than 800m across the water. This is also the departure point for whale watching tours and the ferry to Fraser Island. Check out the Pier Park Community Markets, held each Wednesday and Saturday (7am-1pm) and the Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens. Dine along the waterfront at Aquavue and Salt Café.
