** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** “Redwood Oasis” is a delightful, two-storey townhouse in a gated complex in central Cowes, a leisurely stroll away from the many supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants of the lively township. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** Downstairs comprises the open plan kitchen / dining / living area (with TV, DVD player and gas log fire), leading to the rear courtyard. The main bedroom has its own en-suite (with shower and toilet), and there is a fully equipped laundry with additional toilet. Upstairs a further two bedrooms are found, as is the main bathroom (with freestanding bath, shower, and double vanity), a separate toilet and an additional living area (with TV and DVD player). ** Outdoor Areas ** Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a completely enclosed, north-facing courtyard (with outdoor setting for 6). This home is one of three townhouses that share a solar-heated pool, and an undercover BBQ area for hours of fun. There is ample parking with a remote-control double garage and additional street parking outside of the complex. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a De'Longhi Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, and electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The home contains reverse cycle split system units in both living areas, as well as a gas log fire in the main living area. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Redwood Oasis" is configured to sleep up to a maximum of 7: Bedroom 1 (downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (upstairs): One set of Tri-bunks ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
