Welcome to Maliyan Ridgeway. Having grown up on the property, it is a pleasure to share the family home my mother built with our guests and welcome people to enjoy the bushland I grew up running around in. Should you have any questions durring your stay, please do not hesitate to get in touch. The Ridgeway is a salubrious rural residential estate situated on top of a ridge outside of Queanbeyan. It overlooks the outskirts of the town and has views towards the Brindabella Ranges towards Canberra. Maliyan Ridgeway is located at the pinnacle of the Ridge. The property extends down the other side of the hill with private access to Molonglo Gorge. Surrounded by crown land on three sides, the property sits with atop the hill and comprises 5 acres of natural bushland surrounded by protected native vegetation and wildlife. 5 minutes from Queanbeyan 25 minutes to Canberra City 10 minutes to Canberra airport 290 km to Sydney 680 km Melbourne 200 km to Perisher Ski Resort or Selwyn Snow Resort 130 km to Batemans Bay and South Coast Beaches
