Established in 2006, Boutique Stays is a unique Melbourne property management company, specialising in the quality short term serviced accommodation sector. The business has grown to offer many unique and inviting family friendly and pet friendly homes. Our managing director, Bev Constable, started Boutique Stays having been inspired to provide a more appealing accommodation option for business travellers. Having stayed in many bland hotel rooms during her days working in the corporate world she longed to be able to open a window, sink into a comfortable couch and cook herself a quick meal if she chose. What started off as an intentionally small, home based, 1 person business has now grown to directly employing around 20 people in our reservations, marketing, housekeeping and property management teams.
