The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom houses the laundry appliances -washing machine and dryer. The lounge has comfortable seating, television. The air conditioning is reverse cycle in lounge so you can have it cool in summer and warm in the winter. The sparkling swimming pool is very inviting on those days you just want to stay close to home. Sealanes offers undercover secure parking with the garage large enough to accommodate 2 vehicles, Garage Height is 2m. You can park your car in the garage and forget about it during your stay. The precinct has so much to offer including, the foreshore with playgrounds, great water features and activities, cafes and restaurants.
