A quick downhill walk to the central city, or via the nearby Cataract Gorge which is one of Tasmania's iconic scenic sites. Buses running past the property from and to the city. IGA mini-mart one block away. Nearby is a primary school with a childrens' playground used by the local community outside of school hours. Only 15 minutes to the airport, or 15 minutes to the Tamar Valley Wine Route gateway. TRAILS: Top Launceston atraction, the Cataract Gorge and walking trails are only a short walk down the hill. A historic hand built public POOL is available during summer at the Cataract Gorge. CHECKING IN - the check in code will be sent to you just prior to checkin. PARTIES - are not allowed.
