Soul is situated on a calm-water harbour beach, perfect for families with little ones, relaxing swims, as well as water activities including paddle boarding, fishing and kayaking. The home has a slice of tree-dotted, grassy reserve between it and the golden sands, making an ideal place to chill in the shade or enjoy a game of soccer or cricket. Watch on as the kids build sand castles and hunt for shells, with the glistening waters of the harbour as an exquisite backdrop. On the first floor there’s five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cosy media room with 75 inch TV, which has glorious water views and opens onto a large balcony. The sumptuous master bedroom is blessed with expansive water views, has a WIR, 55 inch TV, ensuite. The other elegant king room has water views. Bedroom three has a king bed that can be converted into two long singles upon request. The fourth bedroom, which is where the lift resides, has four long single beds which can be converted into two king beds upon request. The fifth bedroom has a king-sized bed which can be converted into two long singles upon request. ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults and 2 children, total maximum guest 12. Soul has ducted air-conditioning throughout, a handy outdoor shower, free Wi-Fi, a laundry with washer and dryer, shower, a powder room. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of five hundred per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
