Completely renovated 2-bdrm apartment, contemporary styled with modernist touches. Situated on the ground floor with its own private entrance. It is easy to locate from the street, and a few steps from the gate to the front door. Centrally located, 12 min walk to Subiaco Train, easy access Perth CBD direct to the Airport, Growers Market, and the best beaches. Bus stop @ the front, 4 km Perth CBD, 6 km City & Floreat Beaches. Very close to St John’s hospital precinct, and a leisurely walk to Lake Monger, cosmopolitan Subiaco and several urban amenities.
