The terraced apartment features two bedrooms, the first being a spacious, comfortable master bedroom, with a king size bed, that opens up to a beautiful balcony with sleek outdoor furniture for you to sit and relax in, whilst taking in the views of the harbour and surrounds of the Barangaroo area. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, and all your needs for a pleasant stay, plenty of storage, great lighting, and a view into the courtyard of the historic building. There is a sofa bed available and also a fold out, single bed in the storage/laundry area, allowing for two extra beds. If you wish to stay more than 4 people and use one or both of these beds there will be an added charge for the extra beds and linen, which is stored in a locked cupboard. These charges will be added when you make a reservation and select 5 or 6 total guests. If you make a reservation for 4 people and then use the extra beds or linen a charge will then be sent during/after the booking. The living room has been carefully designed to maximise space, and give you a relaxing area to enjoy during your stay. It features a smart TV, with Netflix connection, as well as other streaming options. You'll love relaxing in this area! The kitchen is equipped with all essentials for you to cook and enjoy a meal in, and our laundry and bathroom area provides all the needs for a comfortable stay. We are in a pocket of residential terraces with friendly local neighbors, which is perfect for families and group weekends away. However we strongly warn that partying and having guests visiting the space who are not your travel companions is not allowed. Parking is accessible on the street, at a cost in nearby parking meters, but it is free in the evening and overnight.
