Executive and stylish gated property. This house has everything you need for a home away from home. Features include, queen beds, ensuite, family bathroom, home office, butlers pantry, 85 inch TV, outdoor shower, two living areas, 2 outdoor entertaining areas, electric gates and fully alarmed. Is located a two minute drive from the beach, freeway, gym, bottleshop, aquatic center and only 7 mins ins from the center of town.
