Windbourne House is your home away from home, offering a feeling of luxe and comfort. With every need catered for, you can relax in the spa bath of a night before snuggling down into your crisp hotel-quality linens, you'll want for nothing when staying here. When you first enter the property you are greeted in the formal passage way, which can lead you left or right. To the left, you will find a spacious laundry with both washing machine and dryer, laundry tub and cleaning supplies. You can also meander down this way to the garden. There is also the games room, which has loads of fun inside - including ping-pong table, TV and couch! To the right, you will find the remaining modern and contemporary home, offering three spacious bedrooms. Two Queen bedrooms flank the main bathroom, with their own passage. - Bedroom 1 with Queen bed and built in wardrobe - Bedroom 2 with Queen bed and built in wardrobe - Main bathroom with shower, spa bath and vanity - Separate toilet The heart of the home is the open plan living spaces. - Chef's kitchen, spacious and well-appointed, with everything you need to cook a meal. - Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods, as well as instant coffee, sugar and tea. - Large island bench for interactive cooking - Dining room seating up to eight - Open plan lounge area, with tv and air conditioning (heat & cool) - Opening out onto the large deck, which has an outdoor seating space and barbeque for guest use. The Master suite is on the left hand side of the home, and oozes comfort and tranquility. With the ability to be shut off from the rest of the home, you are able to feel and enjoy the privacy from within your own piece of paradise. - The master bedroom offers a Queen size bed - Walk in wardrobe - Ensuite with toilet, shower and double vanity - Private sunroom with direct deck access The gardens surrounding the home are absolutely beautiful, filled with natives and Tasmanian plantings, you can spend hours here.

St Helens is a hub of activity, offering mountain bike trails, beaches and bay walks. St Helens is also central to the East Coast, and is the largest town. Offering two supermarkets, multiple eateries, a pharmacy and foreshore - there is plenty to see and do. St Helens is best explored by car, as there is no public transport.
