Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with three balconies with entertainment areas and barbecue, Award winning designer Loft, factory conversion is situated opposite a park and Woolworths, in the leafy gorgeous suburb of Rosebery Sydney. It a a short walk to Green Square train station, and has many great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The spacious apartment features 3 bedrooms (One King with ensuite, one Queen, and a overhead bunk bed with Double bottom and Single top, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen, and two terraces with park views. This apartment also includes two patios that double up as an outdoor dining areas. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.
