Meet villa Rosa - stone house built in the era of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, more precisely in 1900. Villa features one apartment, and one studio apartment, with a basement for relaxing and dining. Outside area has pool and outside furniture with BBQ facilities and a spacious and pleasant environment in stone, greenery and flowers. The garden and heated pool have a beautiful breathtaking view of the forest and the surrounding mountains. Villa Rosa was preserved and restored in its original form and adapted for a high-class tourist facility. This house has one studio apartment with one bedroom, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, washing machine, living room with flat TV and a comfortable sofa that can be a sofa bed. There is also air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a studio apartment with a living room and a sofa which can also be a sofa bed. Also, there is a small kitchen with dining area, TV, air conditioning, bathroom. In the basement there is a dining area for relaxing and spending great time with your friends and family. The basement is also built in stone. There is a stove in the basement as well. The outdoor area is spacious with barbecue facilities, bar stools for chill, dining area. In addition to the private heated pool, there are sun loungers and parasols. Guests can enjoy fresh seasonal fruit in the garden free of charge The view extends to the beautiful surrounding mountains.
