Paying during weekends and school holidays. The final cleaning is included in the renting price. No dogs or cats allowed!

Hello, thank you for your interest. The studio belongs to my mother. She lives in the East of Flanders, where we were born, and she stays here herself regularly. She likes it here, especially for the fresh air. She finds it a big benefit that the food stores are nearby. She doesn't need the car for groceries. I personally am responsible for the cleaning of the studio. I regularly ventilate all the rooms. My guests can do the check-in on their own, with a code. This creates freedom. If people like me to come for the check-in, i can arrange. I am available for messages. Calls only after 5pm, or all day on wednesday and in weekends. (because of work) I like to make long walks in the dunes and along the beach. I hope you can enjoy Koksijde as much as i do! See you soon?
