The apartment consists of a living room, a sleeping room, a bathroom and a terrace. It is situated on the 10th floor of a new building located just 100 meters from a park. In close proximity is situated Atanasovsko Lake, which offers the opportunity to walk and access to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes walk to go to the sea. An interesting landmark in this area is the festival of sand figures. It take place every summer. About three kilometers away you will find a protected area where you can have free treatments with healing mud and lye. В непосредствена близост е разположен парк Атанасовско езеро предлагащ възможност за разходка и достъп до плажната алея на града. Интересна забележителност в този район е фестивалът на пясъчните фигури. На около три километра се намира защитена местност, където можете да проведете процедури с лечебна кал и луга.
