The staff were so welcoming and happy… all of them… this created such a lovely environment. We were able to check in early as we’re traveling out of season. Great view from our balcony. Big room. Good bathroom with a shower door!!! ( unusual in Bulgaria). Plenty of banana lounges. Everything so clean and looked after. Nice beach in front. Great breakfast selection. Nice little extras provided ( eg little afternoon tea snack at reception). Car parking right out the front. Walking distance to Old Nessebar.

The staff was very helpful and caring! We would like to thank Veselin for everything about making our stay great and relaxing! The cleaning ladies were also great and helpful. I am recommending St. Stefan as a great place to have your holiday!

They let us check in earlier as the room was available, which is very nice. We used the day for the beach. The beach was very close, which was amazing, especially having kids with us. I loved the unique interior of the hotel, very friendly staff, who cares about the visitors. Very clean and they came to clean the room daily, took the garbage and fixed our beds.

This is a good quality hotel. Nice views over the town and sea from the balcony on the uppermost floors. Location is optimal for reaching beach and oldtown is within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and the receptionist friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic location—right next to the beach with stunning views and just a short walk to the old town. The buffet-style food offered a wide variety of choices, even for those arriving close to closing time. Our room was incredibly spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect. The quality of services is at the highest level. Everybody is polite and ready to help. The rooms are great, the meal is diverse and abundent. Special thanks to Aleksandra Petrova, reservation manager, for her kind disposal and prompt support! We'll come back for sure.

Оставаме изключително доволни от престоя си в хотел Пешев! Персоналът на рецепцията беше много любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне с каквото е необходимо. Посрещнаха ни с отношение и през целия престой се чувствахме добре дошли. Хотелът е чист, уютен и на много добро място. Благодарим за прекрасното обслужване – със сигурност бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме с удоволствие!

The hotel seems to have been renovated. Everything was brand new. Private parking available for free. Balcony, kettle, small fridge. 8 minutes on foot to city center. Cozy and super comfortable. Best choice I made during my trip to Bulgaria. A+++

Breakfast was excellent and generous

The first impression was not good. On Booking.com, it said that parking was available, but there was no parking at all. The bathroom was very dirty, with black mould everywhere. I thought they would clean it the next day, but they didn’t. There was no hot water after 3 p.m., so I had to wash my little son with cold water. The next day, everything was exactly the same, so I decided to leave the hotel. Disgusting — everything about the stay was disappointing. I now understand why so many Bulgarian people choose to go to Greece for their holidays. Absolutely a rip-off

There are cosy restaurants and supermarkets just 5 minutes away on foot. The owner, Kris, is a very kind and warm-hearted person. He is always helpful and ready to assist with anything. The breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is of excellent quality. The staff are friendly, and the language barrier is not a problem—they speak English, Russian, Turkish, and Italian. I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Nessebar, I will definitely stay here again! 😊
