The staff was friendly and helpful.

The reception stuff was simply amazing… they arranged a car to pick us up from the airport and even noticed a flight change and immediately called us to let us know… something that even the airline did not do! If it wasnt for the receptionist we would have missed our flight! They where very accommodating in every aspect from the moment we arrived… answered all our questions, helped us get to where we wanted to go and even suggested fun things for us to do! amazing experience at this hotel and will definitely visit again! highly recommend this place

Breakfast and dinner were great. Just in the outskirts of town but an easy walk. Nice to have a pool. We got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was lovely. Easy parking.

The room was luxirious, very stylishly furnished and had everytging you need, the breakfast buffey was delicious and had a lot of variety, staff were attentive and helpful. I really liked the outdoor pool with mointain view and water at perfect tempereture for me, great for both casual swim and just relaxing.

Great hotel. The pool was so much fun. Massage was amazing. Close to everything.

Location was amazing for both skiing and going out. (walking distance) Parking was important for us and it was reserved in front of the hotel. (6 eur per day) The staff was great, polite and welcoming. Room was great with nice balcony. The restaurant which is connected to the hotel (Veranda BBQ and Wine) has great food and you get discount.

Great facilities and location and we got a free upgrade which was lovely. It pretty much had everything, from ski rental to spas to restuarant and bar which made the hotel very convenient. Loved the cosy atmosphere with the fireplace in the lobby area.

Food was amazing, definitely recommend halfboard. Also having a parking space was the biggest selling point for me.

The accommodations were cozy and clean, with a staff that truly cares about their guests. The excellent location made our trip so much easier. We’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is extremely cozy and stylish, with an authentic alpine atmosphere. The location is perfect, right in the center of Bansko, within walking distance of everything. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. We truly felt welcome during our stay.

Mikael, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. It's situated in a lovely quiet area of the old town There is good food and wine to be had in the traditional restaurant, and overall, I'd say it's good value for money So, all in all, a grand spot altogether! Wherever we look everything was very clean. Very nice place, nice breakfast aera . I choose room with fireplace but the 1 night we dont have that , they told US IT was not availabe. But later Lady from recepion try to fix that and finally give us The room with fireplace. The breakfast isnt like buffet, You have some option to choose. Whatenever everything what we choose was enough. I Hope we will see you again! Thank you !

Location, clean, its warm in the rooms, it’s exactly what im looking for in Bansko.

Didnt know there is breakfast included in the room rate. We woke up a bit late and they have waited for us. The coffee was amazing
