The hotel is very good: swimming pool, SPA. Staff was nice. Great food. I left before breakfast last day, they made for me something to eat, thank you 😊.

The most amazing hotel - the spa, factilities, restaurant and room by far exceeded by expectations. Everything was excellent.

The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was absolutely delighted! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I was especially impressed by the amazing view from the window, which I couldn’t get enough of. The food was excellent — everything was delicious and made with care, you could really tell that quality ingredients were used. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And the owner of the hotel deserves special praise — such a kind and responsive person who truly cares about every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again!

Breakfast was good. It had a lot of variety and in general things were tasty. The location was perfect and the hotel even offered a shuttle bus to the lifts. (Wake up early to avoid queues).

Organization and a very very nice staff. Kitchen was perfect. Actually, everything was perfect.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location as it is close.to.Bansko but it is quiet and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. The all-inclusive service is great with plenty of food variety, the staff are very friendly, the spa is clean and suitable for small children as well.

The hotel is extremely cozy and stylish, with an authentic alpine atmosphere. The location is perfect, right in the center of Bansko, within walking distance of everything. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. We truly felt welcome during our stay.

Ivan was a great host. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the gondola. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend Hotel Alpin.

Mr Michael welcomed us with a big smile and helped us check in quickly .The room was great ,exactly like at the pictures .it was clean, warm and well equipped. We booked the 3rd floor large room that offered night sky windows that were amazing since we slept while star gazing. The bed was quite comfortable. There was a beautiful balcony with mountain view .the traditional guest house is less than 3 minutes walk from Pirin street. Value for money wise it was beyond competition given the time (4 days after the new year) .clean sheets and towels were provided as well as cleaning products. There is also a cute tavern at the establishment run by Mr Michael wich is pretty decent and a offers breakfast and coffee too, which is really convenient. Free safe parking inside the hotel was also included in the price . Overall it was a great choice, good value for money and we had a great time there.i definitely recommend it and I will definitely visit again.

Family hotel built in traditional Bulgarian style. From the outside it looks like a village hut. The room feels as if you were in the chambers of a courtier in an ancient castle. But! with all modern amenities. I would especially like to note the friendliness and friendliness of the hotel owner, who is also a hostess. Breakfast!! They have just gigantic delicious breakfasts. It is also worth noting the location of the hotel. We didn't come to ski, but to spend a relaxing weekend. This hotel is ideal for a relaxing weekend. The hotel is located in a very nice place near the central promenade. It has its own parking lot, which I really liked, because you don't have to worry about your car while you're on vacation. Special praise for the food and the hotel's own transport to the gondola and great respect for the driver who is above all a great man!
