My stay at East Plaza Hotel was wonderful! The service was excellent – the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious, offering a wide variety of options for every taste. The hotel’s location is also great – convenient and well-connected to the main points in the city. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it!

It is very close to the airport and has free parking.

Spacious, clean room, everything is new. Good breakfast. In the room coffee machine, bottles to fill with water from the machine, kettle. 15 minutes to the airport.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff were very polite, positive, happy and very helpful. The location is perfect, with tube station 5min walk from the hotel. It has trains to both the airport and the town centre 😀 I got a room on the 16th floor, and the view was amazing 😍

Rooms are big and stylish. Spa centre is nice. Very good parking and fitness gym. Nice location. No street noise.

The location is good , close to Airport and you could work on your computer late in the evening. Clean and very beautiful pictures. Even I did not use it, there’s a wonderful swimming pool, well next time.

Ver kind people at the reception. The cleaning staff was amazingly kind and helpfull, providing extra towels if need be. It was an amazing hotel.

I took the cheapest room. Nothing fancy but all the basics were present - TV, kettle, night lamp, towels. The blankets were in the wardrobe. On the bed there were only linens. It was quite warm but I still needed blanket. The room was very clean and had its own bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough and I was able to have a good rest. Another good side is that the hotel is several hundred meters away from the very busy bus stop of hotel Pliska which can be used to travel around Sofia.
