Exceptional stay! One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is incredibly calm, the hotel itself is beautiful, with a pool and a perfectly clean, aesthetic design. Sitting by the pool and looking out over the valley is just magical. We enjoyed every moment without a doubt.
The rooms are elegants and stunning. there’s also a restaurant where you can dine or order food. The food is excellent and entirely organic. Truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed — perfect for anyone looking for peace and tranquility.
The owners are absolutely wonderful, warm, and welcoming people. Highly, highly recommended!

I have been to different countries and stayed at various hotels. This hotel was the cleanest and the most comfortable with a stunning view and great, extremely hospitable, welcoming owners. If you plan to visit Rudozem, this is the hotel that you should definetly stay at. It is in a couple of walking distance to the Town Center and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for about 8 nights and each day I felt so much rested and refreshed.

Every thing was to perfection, the place was spotless, clean, comfortable, modern with a perfect staff. The only thing that was lacking is the parking. You have to pay 50 lv per night which is unacceptable.

I found the hotel to be very central to the town. Dimitar spoke excellent English. The accomodation was super, so spotless, hot water for showers, beds very comfortable and we had a balcony view to enjoy the Balkan mountains. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the town history and spots of interest to visit. He gave us his time to explain the restaurantsto visit and he was also on hand if needed extra pillows towels etc. I highly recommend to stay here
