This was a beautiful modern hotel in a great location and friendly staff.

I have been to different countries and stayed at various hotels. This hotel was the cleanest and the most comfortable with a stunning view and great, extremely hospitable, welcoming owners. If you plan to visit Rudozem, this is the hotel that you should definetly stay at. It is in a couple of walking distance to the Town Center and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for about 8 nights and each day I felt so much rested and refreshed.

A perfect haven for a tranquil weekend getaway! The hosts are exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. Every detail of the hotel contributes to a soothing and relaxing experience—from the serene views of nature and the beautifully appointed spa area, to the outstanding culinary delights. The entire property is tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and beauty.

We booked the two-bedroom apartment. Everything was just as described by the host. He was attentive despite being very busy overseeing workmen finishing the new swimming pool and other improvements. He served us an afternoon tea, an excellent dinner of roast lamb and a superb fresh continental breakfast the next morning. The location of the place is very peaceful and picturesque right on the lake shore.

Customer service was outstanding, polite&professional, ready to deliver. Absolutely convenient location to quick access key points of the town - baths, gallery, restaurants. 40 mins from door to top of the Hisarlaka Hill! Tip: free hot mineral water well just around the corner.

The location was ideal. So close to everything! The room itself was absolutely fabulous. Looked exactly like the picture. If anything, was bigger than I expected. The manager, Petko, is fantastic. He couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful.

I hardly ever assign a rating of 10, however, this place really deserves it. Great, boutique style hotel with great view of the sea. Nice decoration, well maintained. Can swim in the small bay. Great breakfast, not this cheap buffet, but a la carte plus any special wishes. Staff friendly, helpful and with good sense of humor. We visited end of May, still off season, and there were only few people at the beach and no loud music.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this cozy hotel. The room was always warm and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day outdoors. The restaurant was a highlight—every meal was delicious, offering a great opportunity to try authentic Bulgarian cuisine. The owners, Daffi and her husband, were incredibly hospitable and made us feel at home. Their son, Tony, who spoke perfect English, was absolutely professional and a pleasure to interact with. The wellness facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect way to relax. The location was convenient, with the ski slopes about 20 minutes away and a shop within a 5-minute walk. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

Perfect. Everything was very very good. The hotel is clean, has a good infrastructure - spa, parking space, next to the beach, helpful people are working. Food delicious. We enjoyed spa a lot, because most of the time we were alone :)

Recently refurbished hotel with its own restaurant. Good parking. Modern room and bathroom. Very friendly and service oriented staff. Good local dishes and reasonable prices in the restaurant.
