This is probably my first 10 of 10 hotel review! Everything was great. So many small details that are planned and provided. The place is built over the ancient Roman building and you will have a short tour. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is super friendly.

I have been to different countries and stayed at various hotels. This hotel was the cleanest and the most comfortable with a stunning view and great, extremely hospitable, welcoming owners. If you plan to visit Rudozem, this is the hotel that you should definetly stay at. It is in a couple of walking distance to the Town Center and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for about 8 nights and each day I felt so much rested and refreshed.

10/10 all round. We were upgraded on arrival without even asking. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit in the room. The staff were so friendly not only to us but we noticed to every guest. There was an issue with the AC the night before our departure. We were given a free room in lieu as our flight wasn't until later that night. A special mention to Marian, the guest attendant. He was extremely helpful and polite. We will return.

Every thing was to perfection, the place was spotless, clean, comfortable, modern with a perfect staff. The only thing that was lacking is the parking. You have to pay 50 lv per night which is unacceptable.
