The approach to the detail in the equipment and the finishing. There was a parking place and I managed to recharge our EV car.

The stay was truly lovely, memorable and relaxing! Prior to arrival, I have already felt the warm hospitality from the Villa Flavia team via message communication. Upon arrival, their welcome drink and helpful infos put me at ease after a long journey on road. Then it was a jaw-dropping surprise to learn the next day from the owner that an ancient Roman thermal bath was excavated during the construction of the hotel! And the archeological site situates right at the hotel basement! I have spent some lovely quiet time at the basement, the rooftop (viewing sunrise, sunset and spotting the nearby ancient Roman theatre of Philippopolis), the patio/garden and my own balcony. Throughout my stay, I most enjoyed the very eyes-pleasingly colourful, nutritious and delicious breakfasts. Of note, I was particularly touched by the owner and team who took my feedback and concern regarding a restaurant seriously with immediate follow up actions. In short, feeling fortunate and thankful to be staying in Villa Flavia under a team who consistently shows hospitality, deep care and professionalism in every aspect. GREAT JOB team Villa Flavia!!

I have been to different countries and stayed at various hotels. This hotel was the cleanest and the most comfortable with a stunning view and great, extremely hospitable, welcoming owners. If you plan to visit Rudozem, this is the hotel that you should definetly stay at. It is in a couple of walking distance to the Town Center and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for about 8 nights and each day I felt so much rested and refreshed.

What a gem! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this hotel, so new, modern and clean. We stayed in the studio and the beds and the pull out sofa were very comfortable, the little kitchenette was a bonus, the shower was powerful. The property is very close to the fortress and not too far to walk to the centre of town. Being able to park just 2 minutes away in a secure parking was great as it's difficult to find a parking space so close to Tsarevets. The staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

The room was lovely and spacious. Bathroom (wet room), very clean. Big TV. Very comfortable bed. First of all it was the location...so close to MALL Plovdiv. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.

Everything was perfect. They even upgraded the room.

Exceptional staff, especially Iliyan, who ensured we had a fantastic stay. The villa is full of character and warmth. Highly recommended.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We were greeted by Nino and Stefan upon our arrival and they were pleasant from the start to finish. We stayed in the half chalet which is detached at the back of the hotel, it's very cosy and perfectly heated. We ate downstairs one night at the restaurant which was a great change from the traditional Bulgarian food we had each other night. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do on our day off from skiing. The lobby was great Stefan had a signature cocktail menu he created and all of them we tried were fantastic. Nino would drive us to the ski lift each morning after breakfast it was so convenient. A lovely family run hotel, highly recommended. Quiet and away from the busyness on the main street.

The SPA is really great and unique. The location is quiet and beautiful. And the breakfast and dinner is very rich.
