This is the second time in a row that we visited Lion Hotel in Borovets. The main reason is skiing but the other reason is the hotel! In this accommodation you’ll find everything you need. The breakfast buffet is really good and well thought out with many options. The spa is amazing, I especially enjoyed the outdoor sauna and the jacuzzi but mostly on the day that we took off from skiing because in the afternoon it gets really crowded inside and out. There’s a van that gets you to the ski lifts everyday which is an almost 3 min drive. We didn’t get the evening buffet but we loved the food in the restaurant that has quite reasonably prices and very polite and lovely stuff. The room was spacious!

Loved everything about it. Great location, breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect location, facilities were perfect.

Find this hotel by accident..but I can highly recommend . Modern rooms. Very accommodating and helpful staff . On my arrival the restaurant was fully booked for party ..but the owners were so nice and manage to sort out a dinner for me.

Like it a lot. Perfect service, great and calm location.

The manager was so kind and understanding! We went as a big group there, and he made sure our stay was perfect. I thank him again this way! Also, the location is amazing, a Lidl is just next to it, the slopes are 10 min away.

Everything was great. They even checked us in very early. We were almost on our own in the hotel but they still maintained normal service.

Very very outstanding Service and a very friendly Receptionist, As the restaurant had been full with another celebration, we got the conference room prepared for us to be able to eat dinner in the hotel. Everything had been very well and much mor than expected. we can recommend that. thank you for the very good and outstanding service We were 3 Persons.

Really recommended place. Very close to the slopes, it takes 7,8 minutes with child. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For example, when we entered the spa with our child, they immediately asked if we needed a floatie or inflatable armbands. When we went into the playroom and everything was turned off, the receptionist quickly came in and turned everything on for us—just one of many thoughtful gestures. They really paid attention to every detail, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The room was fully equipped with everything we could need—quality bath gel, shampoo, body lotion, mirrors—nothing was missing. Very clean and a little view at the mountain from our room. A wide range of food eventhough we were at the end of season. So cute two huge aquariums in the restaurant - we enjoyed looking at them. The spa center was absolutely fantastic - clean, friendly staff and pretty relaxed. I also have to praise the ski rental—two wonderful people working there, very friendly and helpful. See you next year!

The remoteness of the hotel was really nice as a few days break. The walks around the hotel are great too!

All recomendations for excelent accommodation. Cozy, comfortable, well equipped, great heating, nice mattresses to sleep on, good food and the nearest ski lift is 3 minutes away - EXCELLENT! I recommend it!!!

A pleasant hotel with a great location. Friendly staff with a great masseuse, Olena. We rented skis inexpensively from Emil in the same building.
