The hotel is great! The room is very comfortable, clean, all cosmetics are in large quantities and of excellent quality! The spa is very clean, cozy, the massage is professional, the cuisine is delicious, I definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday, there are board games in the lobby - we had a great time by the fireplace with games!

The place was clean, with friendly staff. We had half board and the food was very good and varied. Even though the place was a bit far from the slopes, the free shuttle bus was always on time, every 30 minutes.

The apartment was good size for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was comfortable, clean and anything needed for a good holiday was there. Staff are quite gentle and breakfast was good too. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking fir a holiday apartment in Borovets.

Location is surrounded beautiful green mountains with fresh air, rooms are modern and clean , stuff is very friendly and humble , fully loaded spa and plenty of hot / normal pools , if you seek for a quite with nature plus modern it’s the right place to be 😊

One of the best places both due to the hotel facilities and the location (for me the most beautiful part of Rila mountain).

It is very beautiful hotel in the middle of the woods, but, still you are near the slopes (7 minutes walking in your ski shoes) and you don't have to wait the lines to catch the gondola. Also they pay so much attention on cleanliness, and it's very clean everywhere. It has very well equiped kids room. If you want calm and quiet vacation, it is a right choise for you.
