It was our fourth stay in the hotel. The SPA is incredible, one of the nicest I have been. Our room was upgraded to an apartment, big thanks to the friendly, accommodating staff. The small New year’s presents with hotel logo, was a nice touch. The food is delicious prepared with products from the hotel farm. My son liked the children indoor playground and enjoyed the kids cinema evening with popcorn. We will definitely come back!

The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We were greeted by Nino and Stefan upon our arrival and they were pleasant from the start to finish. We stayed in the half chalet which is detached at the back of the hotel, it's very cosy and perfectly heated. We ate downstairs one night at the restaurant which was a great change from the traditional Bulgarian food we had each other night. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do on our day off from skiing. The lobby was great Stefan had a signature cocktail menu he created and all of them we tried were fantastic. Nino would drive us to the ski lift each morning after breakfast it was so convenient. A lovely family run hotel, highly recommended. Quiet and away from the busyness on the main street.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.

The hotel has all the amenities that allow you to relax, enjoy fun activities, and rest. Mineral water pools, spa center, fitness room, billiards, bowling alley. The staff is unobtrusively helpful, extremely polite and always available. The food is excellent. Compliments to the chef. The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation. Hygiene is at a high level. Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location as it is close.to.Bansko but it is quiet and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. The all-inclusive service is great with plenty of food variety, the staff are very friendly, the spa is clean and suitable for small children as well.

Very nice hotel located in the beautiful place! Outstanding spa atmosphere, super Balkan kitchen and very rich breakfasts in the morning. Very nice personnel, looks like from different Asian countries. We were 5 and stayed in the independent villa. In general, great combination pricing and quality!

Such a beautiful mountain town!

Such a beautiful mountain town! We came for the Digital Nomad Fest and loved every second. It has a very cute historic core and we were surprised again and again by the great view on the mountains. Next year we definitely want to come longer and hike more. Things we would recommend: The hot springs in Banya, the Nestwork Coworking (if you need it) plus the following restaurants Ginger, Casa di Papi and the Log House for a more western dinner and the Mehanas/ Taverns Chevermeto, Lovna sreshta (beautiful garden) and Момини двори (at the main square) - for a perfect local lunch.

Aspen Golf resort is located a few kilometers above the main road leading to Bansko. There are several smaller markets in the area. Lidl is located in Ralog, 6 km away. from the resort. The resort is located in a very quiet place in nature. Some buildings are not completed because the tourist complex is being built.

Great view, a bit distant from the big cities but that's the charm of it. Mineral water is a treasure, outdoor fun activities for the kids were much appreciated. Fantastic food, great value for the cost. Locals are super nice, make you feel more than welcome.

I liked everything about the town: great food, superb...

I liked everything about the town: great food, superb scenery, a couple of superb bars, clean, peaceful and relaxing. Difficult to recommend any particular restaurant as they were all great. The town is compact enough to be able to walk everywhere, which is just as well as most of it is pedestrianised. All in all, i loved Bansko and can heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing time.

Banya is just an ordinary Bulgarian village blessed with...

Banya is just an ordinary Bulgarian village blessed with natural gifts of hot mineral wster springs which recently have attracted the attention of hotel investors. It still has to catch up with community infrsstructure and outlook. This may be expensive but there are some cheaper and fsster option-the local council could recommend in what is viewed as emerging spa resort planting of pine trees in house yards, to engage in a project of plastering houses from outside etc. All of this while the inside hotel stay was perfect. This makes me think that investors should be required by local counvil to contribute.

My main reason for visiting Dobrinishte was to ride the...

My main reason for visiting Dobrinishte was to ride the amazing narrow guage railway from Septemvri. Dobrinishte is the terminus. Out of the skiing season it was quite a sleepy place but with a few restaurants to choose from. Some interesting buildings. I only stayed overnight because I was riding the rails but if I had a car there are several nearby places I would like to visit.

Good skiing if a tad limited, they need to improve access to the mountain on a morning, the queues are too long. Bars and restaurants are very good if you stay away from the seedier places. Town is well maintained and has plenty of interest.

Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs...

Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away. Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

A nice little Bulgarian village!

A nice little Bulgarian village! There are a few good restaurants, especially the Makedonska Kruchma restaurant! If you want to dip into mineral water there is a natural mineral hot spring pool, jacuzzi at the Alpha Spa & Pool center after a long skiing day at Bansko. A quiet and relaxed little place that has a lot of charm.
