The staff are incredibly friendly, and although not all speak English, they go out of their way to communicate through whatsapp, with google translate, or through whichever available avenue. It is so quiet, I really enjoyed my stay even just for the fact that it's peaceful and beautifully located right by the forest. It is about 2 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop. Thanks to the owner's son I was able to go skiing at Gotse Delchev hut (taxis are quite expensive in the area, but no problem to get either). The town is nice and quiet, has several shops, restaurants, a museum etc. For me it was much better than busy Bansko (I visited Bansko once to go skiing and see the old town), for which this hotel was the perfect location. The breakfast was delicious, once I also had dinner in the hotel's own restaurants, which was nice, too. Wifi works, hot water all around the clock, a nice balcony with the birds singing in the morning, and great mountain views right out the window. Nice walks to the waterfall and a chapel nearby, too. The place is clean and welcoming; I would definitely come back again.

CyprusThe owner was super friendly and the service was amazing. He was very willing to help with everything and give us a lift from the hotel to the gondola and back whenever we needed it.
Also the breakfast was delicious and we also tried the cheese platter with local wine and loved it.
Fully recommended for couples or groups of friends.

Не ми е прв пат да престојувам во овој хотел, секогаш му се враќам, затоа што е удобен, мал, интимен, се чувствувам секогаш слободно и добредојдено. Персоналот е љубезен, никогаш не е гужва низ хотелот, ниту за време на појадок, ниту за вечера. Немав дојдено неколку години, има позитивни промени, спа делот е проширен, многу удобен, со тивка релаксирачка музика. Базенот топол како и секогаш, уживање после скијање да се опуштат мускулите. Храната беше превкусна, ги надмина моите очекувања, особено вечерата што беше шведска маса, претходно имаше да се избере од 3 понудени опции. Хотелот беше топол насекаде и во собите. Има и убава игротека за децата, ќерка ми секоја вечер ја користеше.

The hotel has all the amenities that allow you to relax, enjoy fun activities, and rest. Mineral water pools, spa center, fitness room, billiards, bowling alley.
The staff is unobtrusively helpful, extremely polite and always available.
The food is excellent. Compliments to the chef.
The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation.
Hygiene is at a high level.
Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

Excellent location! Very close to bansko, and the road was clean and safe from snow. The accomodation was amazing, with everything you could ask for. The reception desk was vary helpful to whatever we need, for information, directions, a cab, and firewood. They were more than happy to help with a smile. We visited with a friend and my girlfriend and we all absolutely loved it.
When I visit Bansko again for skiing. I'll definitely stay again.

The BEST hotel if you want winter holidays on Bansko.
The room was very clean , large and with nice view. The breakfast and the dinner is the richest I have ever seen with the best quality and quantity choices. But the highlight of the hotel is the bright new spa facilities..you will experience 10 pools (3 outdoor very hot with DJ). Value for money choice and one of the best hotels I have ever been!

We absolutely loved Bansko!
We absolutely loved Bansko! It has such a great balance of everything — plenty of good food and restaurants, activities and events, beautiful nature, and lots to do for families. At the same time, it never felt overwhelming or too busy, and there were plenty of quiet moments to simply enjoy the surroundings.
We found it especially family-friendly, with activities that kept both us and the kids entertained throughout our stay. It felt like the kind of place where you can have a full day of adventures and then slow down and enjoy a relaxed evening.
Bansko really exceeded our expectations, and we would happily come back!

Aspen Golf resort is located a few kilometers above the main road leading to Bansko. There are several smaller markets in the area. Lidl is located in Ralog, 6 km away. from the resort. The resort is located in a very quiet place in nature.
Some buildings are not completed because the tourist complex is being built.

Great view, a bit distant from the big cities but that's the charm of it. Mineral water is a treasure, outdoor fun activities for the kids were much appreciated. Fantastic food, great value for the cost. Locals are super nice, make you feel more than welcome.

Although Bankso is mostly know as a ski resort, we were there during the summer, and it did not disappoint!!
The surrounding mountian scenery is absolutley stunning and extremely tranquil.
We went of various hikes in ther area which offered breathtaking views.
Strolling through town was great fun and we were lucky to have been there during the jazz festival, which was amazing.
The Pulse Therme - Thermal Spa is an absolute must!! We've never been to a Spa like this before. Just phenomenal!! (https://pulsetherme.bg/en/) Treat yourselves...You can thank me later :-)
Another top notch attraction were ATVs. Extremely professional and top qualioty from every aspect. (https://banskoatv.com/)
In short, Bankso was an unbeleivable experience and we highly recommend it as a great holiday spot.

Banya is just an ordinary Bulgarian village blessed with natural gifts of hot mineral wster springs which recently have attracted the attention of hotel investors. It still has to catch up with community infrsstructure and outlook. This may be expensive but there are some cheaper and fsster option-the local council could recommend in what is viewed as emerging spa resort planting of pine trees in house yards, to engage in a project of plastering houses from outside etc. All of this while the inside hotel stay was perfect. This makes me think that investors should be required by local counvil to contribute.

My main reason for visiting Dobrinishte was to ride the amazing narrow guage railway from Septemvri. Dobrinishte is the terminus. Out of the skiing season it was quite a sleepy place but with a few restaurants to choose from. Some interesting buildings. I only stayed overnight because I was riding the rails but if I had a car there are several nearby places I would like to visit.

Pleasant, attractive town at the base of the mountains with plenty of accommodation options. A 15km bus ride takes one to the main mountain hiking area, while the cable car also offers a similar service. In the evening there is a lively restaurant scene with live, local music. We visited in the summer & did some great hikes. For ski enthusiasts, things get even better in the winter. This town is definitely one of the 'must visit' places in Bulgaria.

Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away.
Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

A nice little Bulgarian village!
A nice little Bulgarian village! There are a few good restaurants, especially the Makedonska Kruchma restaurant! If you want to dip into mineral water there is a natural mineral hot spring pool, jacuzzi at the Alpha Spa & Pool center after a long skiing day at Bansko. A quiet and relaxed little place that has a lot of charm.
