The location is quiet. It is good for relaxation. The breakfast and the dinner were great. My room was big enough, clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were awesome.

Amazing property and nature around! The rooms are very comfortable and the beds amazing to sleep on - good mattresses! The staff is very very kind and cooperative! They helped us find the best places to visit and Martina went out of her way to even organise a tour guide for a local mountain! ⛰️ we felt super welcomed! The food was traditional Bulgarian and super fresh every day! Great variety! The pools is very clean and the thermal waters exceptional ❤️ I plan to be back shortly with more family and friend! Very quiet and cozy! Definitely not a party place which was fantastic 🍀 we could relax for 8 days and explore the best of the Mountains and the surroundings - the nature is wild! A treasure!

Amazing location, nice hotel, small swimming pool though. The food (dinner) was very nice. At the breakfast we could order and they made it then so it was fresh and nice. The waitress didn't speak English, so it was a bit difficult and didn't get exactly what we ordered, but who cares, it was nice enough.

Everything was great and we even spontaneously extended our stay to enjoy the spa longer. The hotel is in a quiet forest, the rooms are modern, well equipped with amenities and very clean, the restaurant has a nice mix of traditional and modern design. The breakfast was very good and everything we tried from the à la carte menu had great taste and quality.

The host (A grandmom) is very helpful. She advised very clearly on how to use all the facilities. She always nicely answers your inquiries and treat you like her family. The hotel is quiet and pretty closed to the mountainside. I will definitely suggest you to book this hotels for your stay.

Little bungalows, in the middle of nature.

View from the room was great, sound of river and forest. The room was very clean and big. The stuff is friendly and welcoming.

All staff super friendly and really a five star

This is a luxury guest house with all you need for a very comfortable stay in Sapareva Banya. Perfectly located with good views of the mountains and the valley. Friendly management and just the right amount of contact. I will be staying here again in my next visit in the Springtime.

We had an amazing experience at Emaly 2. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and as a bonus, we had the best waiter who was on his first working day - very funny and helpful and made our experience even better. It's a family run business and they were very polite, the young staff member spoke perfect English, food for dinner and breakfast was homemade and delicious, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, shower had a curtain which was helpful in the Bulgarian style showers,it was all clean and the location is superb,2 minutes car ride from rila monastery and the landscape and surrounds are calm, green and beautiful
