Location, friendliest staff in the restaurant, especially the German-speaking lady. All people polite smiling and greeting.

We stayed just one night and it was perfect for this short stay. The communication with the staff was excellent, they helped us with the late check-in. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

Sincer, Bulgaria are un miros specific, de aceea nu recomand! 🤦‍♂️

Spacious rooms with comfy bed; TV has channels in numerous languages; basic, yet diverse breakfast. There is a grocery shop near by. Some rooms have spectacular view on the mountains.

We stayed in an apartment and it was very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need. The location is great, in the centre of town and close to everything. The hosts were very hospitable, friendly and accommodating when we needed some flexibility with out booking.
