Very clean and comfortable. We booked for 4 nights and everything was perfect. 5 minutes walking distance from Kaufland. The personnel speaks a bit of English, which is very useful. Their restaurant is amazing, we had dinner there all the 4 evenings, we had lunch 2 times and breakfast was included. Everything we ordered was delicious. You should definitely try their tiramisu - my partner doesn’t like sweets but had their tiramisu everyday, even 2 of them one day when we had both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

The location was absolutely incredible. There is a river passing very close to the hotel. There is a walking area up in the forest and also alongside the river. Very clean rooms/restaurant. Food is delicious.

The staff exceeded all expectations, the most helpful i have yet experienced, after getting to Bulgaria late i was unable to locate the hotel, by next morning i had also experienced car problems, i managed to contact the hotel who speak excellent English, explained my problems. They organised a repair and then met me and escorted me to the hotel, although they do not serve food, i was offered food as soon as i arrived but just needed shower and sleep. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, it is excellent value, exceptionally clean, minutes walk from town and eating places.

The staff go out of their way to assist with luggage and are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are just fantastic people! The location is right next to the main square in the centre of the little town, close to all shops and other restaurants, banks, and the weekly market is held right behind the property. The restaurant is open from 08:00 until quite late in the evenings and serves superb food at good prices. The daily breakfast is outstanding. There is a lovely viewpoint just above the property, and from there one can see the Danube way below and over into Romania on the opposite side of the river. The room is a very good size and has adequate cupboard and work space, and the shared lounge and bathroom are also large and well equipped. The Wi-Fi is excellent, and the TV has adequate channels. There is a good sized fridge in the lounge area for guests to use.
