The hotel was very clean and warm. The family room we rented was nice and new, comfortable for two smaller kids and parents. The staff were nice.

The location was absolutely incredible. There is a river passing very close to the hotel. There is a walking area up in the forest and also alongside the river. Very clean rooms/restaurant. Food is delicious.

The room was spacious and clean, and all the facilities were in place. The toilet and shower were separate. WiFi and air conditioning worked well. It was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in since coming to Bulgaria. The only drawbacks were that you had to climb a steep hill to get to the shops, and the hotel was sometimes shaken by large trucks that passed by. It wasn't a big deal.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The food was very tasty and varied.
