Beautiful property, the room was very big and huge bathroom. Our room was facing the road but there was no noise the room and bed very comfortable with air conditioning. The attention to detail of the refurbishment is excellent something interesting to look at everywhere. The spa and swimming pool was an added bonus which we took full advantage of and enjoyed the beautiful view from the relaxing space. Breakfast was excellent We will definitely return when we can.

We loved staying at Lovna Residence. The staff went above and beyond, the location was outstanding with great walks around and also very close to Devin. The room was lovely, warm, clean and tidy. The food there was also great with all homemade natural bio products. I can’t wait to stay there again, highly recommend it. Also very peaceful and tranquil

The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to the pick Snejanka, much more high then the main complex of Pamporovo. There is a indoor swimming pool, but close by there is a terrace when a sunbath is possible. Because of hight, summer nights are fresh and pretty cool.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is centrally located with walking distance to shops. Lovely view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast is very good and contains a variety of food choices. The room was clean. Big and comfortable bed. Nice SPA - the gem of the hotel. My son really enjoed the kids' room.

3N restaurant was so clean, spacious and well organised. The menu was very rich. Staff was very friendly. SPA centre has various facilities and water was hot.

We enjoyed our stay which coincided with the New Year’s Eve. The food was great, the rooms were warm and the staff was on point.

everything has been very nice. Starting from the room that is well equipped, and good quality amenities, the entire hotel is very clean. The restaurant has been the best in the village. The present in the room with the complimentary fruit plate and the personalized message was a big surprise. Thanks to the Team which has been professional and educated....all includes from the first step to the last. The program organized for the March 3rd was amazing.

A lovely hotel in the same style as the ethnographic area. I loved the attention to the detail. Rooms were nice and clean. Everyone working there was very nice, especially in the restaurant.

Excellent place located in the heart of the forest. We are returning guests, and the experience remains top-notch. It’s very quiet, peaceful, and the staff is always ready to help. If you love stargazing, this is the place to be—the night sky here is stunning. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is in the city centre, there was a parking Free tea and coffee and some snacks in the morning. The room was huge

By far THE most helpful people I have ever met. Whenever you need them, they are there for you, no matter what. The facilities are very nice and cozy. The food is exquisite. The wooden villas are exceptionally combined with the snowy forest. Studenets, with its ski slopes is only half a kilometer away. Hotel Vlasov is a destination, that I would recommend blindfolded.

We were very impressed by the staff at the hotel. They were really accommodating. The room was large and the bathroom was big too. The view from the window was superb. The food was good and we enjoyed a good breakfast. We were very satisfied with our stay.
