Amazing value for money, both breakfast and dinner were super delicious, made out of high quality products. The room was big and clean, the SPA centre was as well super spacious and well maintained. We will be back for sure :)

Everything was excellent. The staff patiently answered our questions, even though we don't know the local language very well. It was my son's birthday, and the hotel gave us a surprise gift, which was unexpected and touching. The hotel didn't seem new to me, but it looks well maintained, and practically everything we used was in good working order.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location in the middle of nature with a beautiful and huge spa, thermal waters, swimming pools, saunas, the food exceeds all your expectations and the breakfast and dinner are very rich for all the choices, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The massage offered by the spa is fantastic and professional by all the girls the welcome is beautiful makes you feel more relaxed. In general, the welcome from all the staff at the hotel throughout my days and the attention they give you is beyond all expectations.Thank you for everything..! I will recommend this hotel to everyone Families and couples.

Hello It's my second time in this hotel, I like everything! Food! The pool! Location! Staff! Comfortable bed! I ve booked a double room and what was my surprise ...there were 2 separate bathrooms !!!

It’s a great place for a stopover if you’re transiting through Bulgaria, as we did twice—once on our way to Turkey and again on the way back. The reception operates 24/7, so there’s no need to worry about arriving late at night. When we arrived, our room was ready, and even the baby cot was already set up and waiting for us, which we really appreciated after a long drive.

breakfast very good, room veery good with music from yt and tv i think it was 55' so i quite a big screen :) i not have anything to complain about hotel. even the pool was great! but no! the hours of pool! it should be open from 6-7 am before for me 8 am was to late :(

The building is beautiful and the room was as well, cosy and spacious and pretty. The lady who welcomed me is the sweetest! Breakfast was absolutely lovely and tasty as well. The location is perfect, I arrived late so I couldn't park right in front, but it was no problem to park on the next street.

The SPA Center is really cozy, equipped with a sauna, steam bath and nice-sized pool, as well as a salt room. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice with delicious food, the Rhodopian mountains are around you. The City center is just a few minutes walk on the main street. I was there during the summer.)

The location is fabulous with superb views from its high vantage point across the valley to the mountains across the other side, and with higher mountains in the distance. The food was excellent, and the spa facilities marvellous for the size of the hotel. We so enjoyed the steam room, sauna and relax area. The family who run the hotel are very dedicated to making your stay most enjoyable, and we adored little Eileen, their nine year old grandchild, who seems entirely capable of running the hotel all by herself! We so enjoyed the hot thermal waters in their beautifully clean and warm indoor and outdoor large sized swimming pools. The gardens are well kept and very lovely. We were made to feel like friends rather than paying guests, and nothing was too much trouble to our hosts. The walks to and from the Chepino suburb centre and shops down below did us good, as the roads down to them are steep and it was good exercise getting back up the steep hill to the hotel.

We generally liked the hotel and the pool was very nice with enave space for swimming there was also a kids pool with more hot water and its good for little kids to swim and play.The staf is also very friendly and nice to the quests.The hotel is close to the Centre of Velingrad and is comfortable for people without car.

I like the hot bath and jacuzzi outside the most
