⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely love this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a wonderful stay. My husband and I have been visiting Sliven for the past 20 years and, over the years, we have stayed in many different hotels around the city. However, for the past four years, we have chosen to come back here every time, and that really says everything. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city centre, shops and places to eat. The food is amazing, and the spa is simply fantastic. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day out. What really makes this hotel stand out for us, though, is the staff. They are always so kind, friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel genuinely looked after rather than just another guest. After four years of returning, we honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Sliven. If you’re considering staying here, you definitely won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back again! ❤️
