The location us very very good, just in the center of the town. There is a parking in the front of the hotel which is 10 lv per day. The staff was extremely polite. The pool is nice.

Centrally located in the middle of action, clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Tgey did not offer breakfast but it was good that there was a coffee machine in the room

The hotel has outdoor and indoor olympic pool. The small heated pool at the outside was great. Although, the temperature was very cold, we could enter the pool and enjoyed it there on a snowy day. Breakfast was also good, foods were delicious. Receptionists were very helpful. I definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is great, walkable distance to the main city monuments, museums, parks and restaurants. The hotel has a free parking area for the guests, and as we rented a car that was an important criteria for us, due to parking restrictions in the city. The hotel was quiet, the room was clean, spacious and the breakfast was exceptional. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

It was buffet which is always best compared to the fixed option menu. This time it was even better than usual.

The personnel at the reception desk was brilliant and helping. The aacomodation is just 40 m away from the main trading street of the city.

We were treated extremely well by the family hotel staff. The staff accommodated all our needs and desires. An example, I had to do some office work during the stay, the staff thus provided me with an office chair on the room I could use while working. 'Value for money' is very good at this hotel. It is important to keep in mind that the general price level in Bulgaria is also rising like all other European nations. This hotel, however, really gave us 'value for money'. The hotel is situated on the opposite river bank of the Old Town. However, the walking distance is not more than about 10 minutes in a moderate walking speed.

Good location, excellent spa centre.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for sightseeing in Plovdiv. It is on top of a small hill that is very easy to get to and only a 1 minute walk away from the ancient amphitheatre. The staff are kind and took care of us very well, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the view of the church next door and found it very peaceful. There is a good selection of Bulgarian wines in their collection. We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.
