This is probably my first 10 of 10 hotel review! Everything was great. So many small details that are planned and provided. The place is built over the ancient Roman building and you will have a short tour. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is super friendly.

The hotel is great! Not so easy to find, but everything I can scale - 5+++! The building is new, rooms are cozy and elegant. And we absolutely enjoyed breakfast, which is very fresh, unusual and fool of tastes. Fresh pancakes, salt and sweet dishes, drinks and coffee. We were in Jägerhof for one night, but I’m sure, we will return back. I also would love to add, that we had a great crib for our baby :) And I recommend to visit a Beer House Jägerhof, which is near the hotel.

I loved everything. This was my first time staying there and the staff from the moment I arrived were exemplary. Nothing was too much for them and collectively they represented their hotel as United team. They all spoke many languages and were generally so helpful and so fun to interact with. My room was extraordinarily large. It was absolutely spotless and one of the best night sleep I’ve had in any hotel and my many stays around the world. I have uploaded some pictures just for you to see the quality that was provided within my room.

The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

A very nice place, super quiet, not on the main road, just behind it, great design - rustic Bulgarian style rooms. Some very interesting details - the doors were all wood, with heavy-duty iron hardware, looks old and traditional. Maybe not super functional, but nice little touches. The furniture as well - wood, dark wood, exposed beams in the room, some old guns as decoration. Wooden floors and seilings, I have the exact same type at home, so it felt like home for me. We had a beautiful patio, with plenty of room to hang out, also a tailless cat, who was super friendly and cuddly, but not too much! He was great! Large bathroom, comfotable beds, easy to reach location even on foot from the train station. Plenty of restaurants around, grocery stores, across the street fro the international fair. Aslo, late check-out! Very large room overall. Would love to come back!

This whole place is a hidden gem! The village is surrounded by high mountains and the houses are from the 1850's made of stones with slate roofs, which makes it so unique and beautiful. We had the house at the highest point (a bit of a climb!! :) but the view is worth it, absolutely breathtaking! The house has 3 apartments and our was spacious and filled with fresh cold air on the ground floor which is a luxury at this time. We loved that the place had its history and Svetlana was very kind to share it with us. We had dinner, tried a few local dishes and they were fantastic! We are travelling a lot and this place is absolutelly at the top of our list, a MUST SEE! :)

Great little hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are a bit dated but all of them have a wonderful view and for this price you really get value for your money. The location was walking distance from great restaurants, tucked away in a small street next to a river. They provided free parking on site and both our rooms had a private balcony with a stunning view. The rooms are very spacious and provided with all you need for a comfortable stay (including a fridge, tv, good wifi connection, spare blankets and pillows and a cute sitting area). If you book with them directly you get a much better price!

The venue is nice and definitely exceeded my expectations given the 2* classification of the hotel. The definitely could get an extra star given what they actually offer in my opinion :-). Staff was nice and helpful. The balneo center is well equipped and maintained with variety of procedures offerred (mud, luga, jacuzzi, pool, etc). Tasty home-made food available for both lunch and dinner.

Absolutely stunning place to stay! The room is beautiful, we had access to the balcony. The bed, although it was two twin beds together, had one big mattress on top, which was super comfortable, the bed was huge. Best sleep in Bulgaria guaranteed! The garden with a stream made the atmosphere of the place magical. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful surroundings as well!

The hotel has outdoor and indoor olympic pool. The small heated pool at the outside was great. Although, the temperature was very cold, we could enter the pool and enjoyed it there on a snowy day. Breakfast was also good, foods were delicious. Receptionists were very helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Karlovo is a beautiful, picturesque city surrounded by the mountain. It is a place where humanity crosses nature. It is a perfect place for someone who wants to breathe fresh air and go on hikes, even if you just walk around the city you would see beautiful scenery everywhere. Perushtitsa is a small picturesque town, located at the outskirts of Rhodope Mountains. There are several tourist trails that start from the center of the town to the nearby mountains. Perushtitsa played a key part in Bulgarian history during the 1876 uprising against the Ottoman rule and during the Unification of Bulgaria with Eastern Rumelia. There is a museum at the center of the town and several historical places in the city. Perushtitsa also has a very good beer brewery at the edge of the town with taproom and a huge yard, that is very family friendly.

Food and service at Sani was very good. Train journey to Plovdiv good and very cheap. Trail walks good. Asenovgrad is changing rapidly, new buildings generally look really good. Sign Communication and rubbish collection needs to improve. As does an explanation of how to get to eg pamporovo.

Nice draft beer and nice surrounding. Other restaurants of Kalofer were closed at the afternoon. We were surprised with the road network of Bulgaria which is in very good condition. Make sure you pay the appropriate vignette online before entering the country by car.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Breakfast and dinner were a real pleasure. Their products are of very high quality and carefully selected. Impressive SPA zone. Unique design of the common spaces in the spirit of Bulgarian tradition. Spacious and comfortable hotel room. I’d recommend everyone to experience our pleasure of staying.

Plovdiv is a very modern and clean city with a beautiful historic center and lovely views from the hills, especially from Nebet Tepe. We really enjoyed the restaurants and atmosphere in Kapana, and the city is also a great base for visiting nearby mountain landmarks and attractions.

I think every Bulgarian must visit the Museum of Vasil...

I think every Bulgarian must visit the Museum of Vasil Levski - it is kind of mandatory, we are obliged as descendants of those brave men. The other place that charmed us was a restaurant called "Едно време" (Once Upon a Time). It has a great atmosphere and service, and the cuisine is delicious.

This is a great place to visit.

This is a great place to visit. My son broke my camera, so I have only half memories documented. More to that, mineral water was off on our second day of staying. I am not sure how and why, but yeah... The town is worth visiting. Do it once and decide for yourself if it is worth to come back. For you. We will some day
