The location was perfect for our needs as it was an overnight stay prior to our flight home. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast but they did provide us with a sandwich each to takeaway. This is a beautiful place with amazing staff, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We ate in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival which we would highly recommend. The young lady on reception and the young gentleman in the restaurant were attentive but not intrusive. We would stay here again if in the area but would highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

We've stayed at Hotel Frigopan quite a few times travelling to Istanbul. Located at the top floor of an equestrian complex, it's great for horse lovers like us. We have our 2 dogs with us and the area is perfect to walk them. Nice & modern room with comfortable beds. I can definetely recommend this hotel.

Great value for your money. Quitet, clean rooms, well working AC. The food and pool were excellent. Very friendly and responsive staff.

The staff was super friendly, there was also parking on site, which was a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Experiencing a holiday in a historic Ottoman mansion, surrounded by streets full of history, was truly delightful. The location was excellent — it’s only a 4–5 minute walk to many restaurants, cafés, and the famous Knyaz Alexander I Street. As for our stay, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also sufficient to start the day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and a lovely holiday. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for sightseeing in Plovdiv. It is on top of a small hill that is very easy to get to and only a 1 minute walk away from the ancient amphitheatre. The staff are kind and took care of us very well, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the view of the church next door and found it very peaceful. There is a good selection of Bulgarian wines in their collection. We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good welcome from the lady at reception. The room was large, warm, and well equipped. My only complaint is that on entering the room, there was no pane glass window(s)....a horizontal segmented wooden shutters filled the whole wall...as It's a tightly packed neighbourhood area perhaps the owner felt it was ideal privacy for guests...personally I hated it and was glad to be staying one night.

It’s nice and clean. The hotel has the best staff. There are professional, kind, and very honest. I lost something very valuable and they returned it to me. Deeply grateful

The personnel at the reception desk was brilliant and helping. The aacomodation is just 40 m away from the main trading street of the city.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.They have an underground parking which was very convenient for me. The breakfast was also very nice. Value for money 10/10

A very nice place, super quiet, not on the main road, just behind it, great design - rustic Bulgarian style rooms. Some very interesting details - the doors were all wood, with heavy-duty iron hardware, looks old and traditional. Maybe not super functional, but nice little touches. The furniture as well - wood, dark wood, exposed beams in the room, some old guns as decoration. Wooden floors and seilings, I have the exact same type at home, so it felt like home for me. We had a beautiful patio, with plenty of room to hang out, also a tailless cat, who was super friendly and cuddly, but not too much! He was great! Large bathroom, comfotable beds, easy to reach location even on foot from the train station. Plenty of restaurants around, grocery stores, across the street fro the international fair. Aslo, late check-out! Very large room overall. Would love to come back!

Excellent hotel ! Great staff, great communication with the owner for our check-in and arrival time. The breakfast is perfect. Room is clean and constantly cleaned by the staff. Really close to the city centre (10 minutes walk). Also parking place is available. I’m really satisfied ! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Absolutely amazing people and warm welcome! There was everything that you can possibly need for your stay ( outside of the room you can find hairdryer, iron and even instant coffee with mugs!) The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was flawlessly spotless . The atmosphere was incredibly cozy!
