Enjoy meals with family or friends at the spacious dining table, which offers seating for six and boasts panoramic views of the surrounding area. - The first bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements for all guests. - Additionally, the apartment includes two bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub, and a guest toilet, ensuring convenience for all guests. - The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, including cooking basics, crockery, cutlery, a freezer, refrigerator, toaster, oven, electric stove, and trash cans. A washing machine is also provided for added convenience during your stay. - Other amenities include an iron, wardrobe, hangers, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartment, preserving the tranquility of the surroundings. - Loss of any key or key card is an AED 1000 charge per key or key card. Must be paid at the time of loss. - All guests staying must send passport copies as this is needed to alert the building management.
