Accommodations offer: - Balcony with private barbecue; - Air-conditioned living room with 32-inch TV and 100 mega Wi-Fi internet; - Large and well-lit living room, next to the dining space and American-style kitchen; - Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals in the comfort of your location; - Service area attached to the kitchen, with sink, washing machine and iron for ironing clothes; - 2 suites with a double bed each, one of which has a small private terrace; - 2 bathrooms with electric showers for relaxing baths + 1 toilet; - 2 private garage spaces in a drawer, for passenger cars; The building does not have an elevator and access to the apartment is via stairs to the first floor. Read Carefully: (1) Rental Hosts require a mandatory registration form to be completed outside of Booking for all guests after the reservation has been completed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10pm until 8am; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs is prohibited inside the accommodations; (5) we do not accommodate pets.
