At the time of check-in, tenants will receive the instructions.

The cozy apartment is located in Barra Funda, offering the perfect space for a stay in the city of São Paulo. Equipped with a 32" Smart TV, double bed, ceiling fan, digital lock, work desk, ultra-fast internet, full kitchen, and hairdryer. The building provides a gym, laundry facilities, and coworking space. The accommodation is located 50m from D-Edge, 150m from the Latin America Memorial, 600m from Barra Funda Terminal, 4.5km from West Plaza Shopping Mall, and 1.9km from Allianz Parque. • IMPORTANT RULES: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • All tenants must provide a photo of an official identification document before check-in for pre-registration. • Visitors are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbors. • Parties or events are not allowed on the property. • A security deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon making the reservation. • PLEASE READ ALL ADDITIONAL RENTAL RULES IN THE TEXT BELOW.

ADDITIONAL RULES: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour. • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged for non-compliance with this rule. • All infractions are subject to contractual fines and termination of the rental without any refund of the amounts paid. • Any fines imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation must be sent no later than 10 pm on the check-in day. If it is not sent by this time, the tenants will only be allowed to enter the following day after 8:00 am, and no refund will be issued. • Extensions of the reservation must be made by 5 pm on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out. • Photos of food, beverages, and plants are for illustrative purposes only.
