Located on Avenida Luiz Boiteux Piazza, the location is close to the main amenities of the neighborhood, with a market less than 600 meters away. The condominium with excellent infrastructure to enjoy good times: swimming pools (adults and children), tennis court and kiosk with collective barbecue. Accommodations offer: - Small balcony with table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast - Living room integrated with the dining space and kitchen in the American style - Kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare and serve your meals in the comfort of the place - Accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 suites, one with air conditioning + double bed and the other with 1 bunk bed - Living room with 200 Mb Wi-Fi internet and 32-inch TV with cable package in the living room - Service area next to the kitchen, with washing machine and tank - 1 outdoor parking space, inside the condominium IMPORTANT: The upstairs apartment is undergoing renovations and is subject to noise during business hours until the end of June (subject to extension). PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Booking for all guests after closing the reservation; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am; (4) it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illicit drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets. Failure to comply with the house rules are grounds for terminating your stay immediately and/or charging for any damages, extra cleaning and condo fines caused by breaking these rules.
