Located on Avenida Luiz Boiteux Piazza, the location has easy access to the main amenities in the neighborhood, a market less than 600 meters away, as well as a pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants. Accommodations offer: - Integrated living environments, living room next to the kitchen - Living room with Smart Tv and 250 mega Wi-Fi internet, also has basic cable TV channels - Compact kitchen, but well equipped with utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals - The space can accommodate up to 4 guests in a double room and two single sofa beds in the living room (upon consultation with the host) - The room is air-conditioned and has built-in closets to store your belongings - A complete bathroom with hot shower - Small balcony in front of the place - 1 parking space PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside Booking for all guests after closing the reservation; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am; (4) it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illicit drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets.
