Located in Alto de Vila Inglesa neighborhood, 3,5km from the center and the cultural, gastronomic and natural attractions. WiFi 80Mb, cable TV, a delicious fireplace, barbecue grill and heated water in all taps! Super cozy inside, comfortable and ideal for families and groups. The outdoor area is very large, our garden has lots of green and has an incredible view (we are high up in the city), do not miss the sunset! Our employee will welcome you for the keys. The check in time is between 5 pm and 8 pm, if you are not able to reach that time, you will be charged per hour from 8 pm. Our house has 200m2 and it is ideal for family and small groups, welcomes 8 people. There are 3 parking spaces. We have cable TV with 99 channels. In addition to the basic items, the house has washing machine, iron and water filter. - The outlets are 110V. - no pets are allowed. It's not even allowed to let the neighbor's cat in or even let it stay in the house, please - smoking allowed only outside the house - our house is made of wood, we are super careful with water and with fire :) - no visits allowed - it is not allowed to light a fire in the garden - we kindly ask you not to move the furnitures - the entrance gate is automatic - unfortunately, the place is still not accessible for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility *Important: - Visits are not allowed. - It will be necessary to send a photo of all guests' documents. - Our daily rate considers the variable costs (water, electricity, energy, laundry, etc.) of the property and is therefore proportional to the number of guests. If you want to include more guests after confirming the reservation (within the limit accommodated in the property), a fee may be charged for additional guests. - Parties, events and noise between 10pm and 9am are strictly prohibited and subject to a high fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation. By booking this property you agree to this in case of a fine.
