Accommodations offer: - Integrated living spaces with good lighting and natural ventilation; - Balcony with hammock, barbecue and pleasant view of the mountains and the neighborhood; - Living room with 43-inch Smart TV and 350 mega Wi-Fi internet, for exclusive use; - Living room with ceiling fan and comfortable sofa, next to the dining space with 4 seats; - Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals in the comfort of your location; - 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is an air-conditioned suite with a double bed and the other with 1 single bed + home office space; - Service area with washing machine and iron; - 1 complete bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer; Family condominium without elevator and with 2 covered parking spaces in a drawer, for small to medium-sized cars. Access to the apartment, which is on the first floor, is via 2 flights of stairs. Please read carefully: (1) Rental Hosts require a mandatory registration form to be completed outside of Booking for all guests after the reservation has been completed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10pm until 8am; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs is prohibited inside the accommodations (including on the balcony) and in the common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not accept pets; (6) we do not host children.
