Accommodations offer a charming and cozy apartment with: - Integrated convivial environments, living and dining room next to the kitchen - Kitchen equipped with basic utensils for cooking and internal barbecue - Sofa bed arranged in a bunk bed, to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests - Room with 1 double bed, air-conditioned and balcony overlooking the neighborhood - Smart Tv in the room and 250 Mb wi-fi internet, for the exclusive use of those who rent the apartment - Rotating parking space for 1 car in the condominium (subject to availability) and shower for those arriving from the beach Attention: the apartment voltage, as well as the entire state of Sc, is 220v. Read Carefully: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside Booking for all guests after closing the reservation; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am; (4) it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illicit drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets.
