Our duplex offers well-decorated environments with new everything to better serve guests. Condominium with shared pool. Accommodations offer: - Balcony with barbecue and panoramic sea views; - Large living room, integrated with the dining space and American-style kitchen; - TV room with comfortable sofa bed, 60-inch Smart TV and 300 mega fiber optic Wi-Fi internet; - Kitchen equipped with a good variety of utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals; - 2 air-conditioned suites, one with a double bed, attached balcony and partial sea view - The second suite has two single box-spring beds, with new mattresses; - 3 complete bathrooms with hot gas shower, 2 of which are in the suites; - Service area with washing machine and iron; - 2 parking spaces, for private use. IMPORTANT: The swimming pool can be used from 10am until 10pm. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on site. IMPORTANT 2: Access to the house and internal circulation is via stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Read Carefully: (1) Rental Hosts require a mandatory registration form to be completed outside of Booking for all guests after the reservation has been completed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10pm until 8am; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs is prohibited within the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not accommodate pets. Failure to comply with the house rules is reason to end your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and condominium fines caused by breaking these rules.
