We offer: Private swimming pool with shower and sunbeds; Exclusive barbecue area, with attached kitchen and access to the pool; Living room with TV (open local channels) and 500 mega Wifi internet; 2 living rooms, both located on the ground floor of the house, 1 of them next to the barbecue area; 2 kitchens, with a good variety of utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals; 6 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 air-conditioned master suite with queen size bed, on the upper floor; 1 of the bedrooms on the ground floor + 1 on the top floor are also air conditioned and all have 1 double bed each; We provide 3 fans (pedestal); 4 complete bathrooms, 1 by the pool, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor; Anteroom between the bedrooms on the first floor, with a balcony and partial view of the sea; Service area with washing machine and iron; 3 private parking spaces, 1 covered and 2 outdoors; Garden with fenced land.IMPORTANT: The bathtub located in the suite is not in operation, for this reason we do not advertise it.IMPORTANT 2: The entrance to the garage has a height limitation of X meters.PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Rental Hosts require filling mandatory registration form outside Booking for all guests after closing the reservation; parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; observe silence from 10 pm to 8 am; it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illicit drugs inside the accommodations and on the grounds; (5) we do not host pets.
