Hotel was very clean, everything was new and working properly, with good air ventilation in the room and amazing view of São Paulo. Breakfast was also very nice and staff friendly.

Excellent build quality of this modern hotel. The rooms are absolutely silent and the beds are of outstanding quality. Great location and the staff were polite and helpful - especially Renan who shared his mobile hotspot internet with me when the internet went down at the hotel (see below).

True to their word, they had a crib set up and waiting for us in the room. The room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We particularly appreciated the little welcome package they left in the crib for our toddler.
