Property information

Our house is prepared to serve the parents of two most demanding guests and is located close to Vila - considered or main point of Ilhabela - or a perfect place for private search, for that reason there is plenty of downtown. A home possui oito suítes to accommodate as maximum comfort groups of up to 25 people. Four days have a privileged view of the sea and its waters with hydromassage. We have a large TV room, sofas and a lareira for the coldest days, além de uma cozinha complete with all the necessary utensils, a laundry and a large gourmet area with vertical freezer, industrial fire and churrasqueira with access to a deck with tables e vista do mar. In the external area, we have an amplo lounge, with sofas and a rest net, perfect for gathering family and taking advantage of the sea breeze and sight. A pool with espreguiçadeiras and a deck with panoramic views of the sea, optimal for sunbathing and shooting boas photos and a sauna sauna with chuveiro.

Neighbourhood information

To further improve the experience, we have eight private parking spaces and we have a daily cleaner to take care of the group (already included in the rent) so that you have the maximum excellence in your stay. Located in the Sobre O Mar condominium - a high standard condominium in the historic center of Ilhabela - our house is close to Praia do Indaiá. Also known as "prainha" it is perfect to enjoy with the family as it has calm waters and is close to several shops, restaurants and services found in the Historic Center.
