Cozy, well-ventilated and bright apartment in Ingleses Sul. Condominium with communal pool and elevator, in addition to being strategically positioned just a few meters from the beach. Living spaces, living room, dining space and integrated kitchen. The space opens onto the balcony with barbecue. Living room with air conditioning, Smart TV and 240 megabytes of wifi internet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave and basic utensils for preparing meals. Attached laundry area with six-pack. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double suite and a second bedroom with two single beds. A complete social bathroom. The parking space accommodates small to medium-sized cars.
