The Front Office staff were exceptional. Daniel in particular was so helpful and supportive. No request was too much trouble. The Food and Beverage Staff and Housekeeping should also receive an honourable mention.

Modern place to stay in Florianópolis near the centre with many facilities. The place is clean and bright and has open spaces on every floor to sit down and relax. Breakfast was magnificent, especially the sweet part of it.

It was great location with amazing views. Very clean and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend.

Such a special hotel. Maid service in and out of the room constantly, fresh towels, turn down, little notes. Outdoor area fabulous. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast superb, with sparkling wine. Spa treatment wonderful.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and professional staff with an incredible location on the foot of Joaquina Beach. Rooms were very spacious and beautiful bathroom - photos don’t do the suites justice!

Installations are new and well maintained, good location and kind staff. Breakfast was fair, but very simple, only few options. Room was comfortable and clean, towels ok.
